General Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it for an exchange or refund. *Subject to the following terms.
A valid receipt or packing slip is required for all refunds or exchanges.
All items excluding final sale items and unless otherwise specified must be unopened, in original condition and returned within 30 days of purchase may be exchanged or refunded to the original form of payment.
A full refund may be given for select textbooks returned prior to the campus specific refund deadline. Materials purchased after the campus specific deadline (but before two weeks prior to the last day of final exams) must be returned within 2 business days of purchase.
A full refund may be given for textbooks purchased online and returned within 2 business days of delivery or in-store pickup.
NEW CONDITION: Select course materials may be returned unused without visible damages and/or markings.
USED CONDITION: Select course materials may be returned unused and in original condition.
SHRINK WRAPPED: Select course materials may not be returned if the shrink wrap has been opened and/or removed.
Apparel & Gifts
Apparel and gifts in original condition with applicable price tags may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Electronics & Software
Unopened (unless defective) electronics, electronic accessories, or software may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Final Sale (Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable)
Final sale items include, but are not limited to: course-related access codes, digital course materials, professional reference and study aids, tool kits and parts, graduation products, confectionary, gift cards, magazines, and clearance are non-returnable.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
NOTE: Course materials, course-related electronics and course-related accessories purchased in-store or online two weeks prior to the last day of final exams are non-returnable and non-refundable. Eligible purchases may participate in the Cash for Books program.
Two Easy Ways to Return/Exchange 1. Return to the campus store you made your purchase from. 2. Return by mail. Click "Hours & Contact Info" in the header or footer to view your store address.
Package your items securely so there is no damage or lost items while in transit.
A copy of your shipping confirmation email or order details should be sent with your return or exchange. If you do not have your shipping confirmation or order details, then simply include a note with your name, address, and order number. Refunds may be delayed if the return cannot be identified.
Return shipping is at the expense of our customers unless the campus store has committed an error with the order. It is suggested to use a traceable, insured method of shipping when returning your item(s) as the campus store is not liable for lost or damaged packages. Retain your tracking information and shipping receipt until your refund is issued. Ground or an equivalent level of shipping is sufficient.
In the event of an exchange, customers will be charged standard shipping via FedEx Ground.
Extended Return Policy Select course material purchased in-store or online for the upcoming term excluding final sale items and unless otherwise specified may be refunded or exchanged in-store only with a valid receipt within 1 week after the start of the term to the original form of payment.
