What is Flyer Spirit?
Flyer Spirit is a University of Dayton Retail Store established in August of 2007. It is a joint venture between the University of Dayton Bookstore and Flyer Enterprises. The Store offers apparel and gift items appealing to the Dayton Community, University Alumni and students.
Flyer Enterprises is the student-run business program at the University of Dayton. The mission of Flyer Enterprises is to develop employees into successful business leaders. This is done through unparalleled work experience that allows employees to apply academic lessons to work, project empowerment and employee involvement, and various educational opportunities. The combination of these factors sums up the purpose of Flyer Enterprises in two words: experiential learning.
The organization also researches and plans for the establishment of new student-run businesses on the University campus while providing support and oversight for the existing enterprises. Flyer Enterprises strives to be a part of the University community by offering needed products and services, contributing to service events that affect our community and the global society.
