Refund Policy
November 19 - April 10
Books returned for refunds must be postmarked within 10 days of the purchase date on your packing slip. No exceptions.
January 4th, 2010 textbooks
November 19 - February 1
Books for the January 4th start date will NOT be available until December 4th. Please do not purchase books for the January 4th start until that term is active on the web site. We will not have finalized book information until December 4th.

Attention Online Students of Grand Canyon University |
Even though you are enrolled for an entire semester at Grand Canyon University, please only order books for the active terms on the web site, do not order for future terms if they are not active.
Currently, only the November and December terms are available for purchase. January term books will not be available until December 7th. So when you do not see your Januaryt term courses currently available, do not panic, they will be there when we have finalized book information from the University.
Phone Orders
Any order that is placed over the phone, MUST be shipped via FedEx Ground, we are no longer able to expedite shipping on phone orders. If you wish to have your order shipped 2nd Day or Next Day, you will have to place your order through the web site.
Online Orders
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will be shipped via FedEx Global Express.
- If you are located outside of the Continental US, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
- Military APO's will ship via USPS.
- Orders with a PO Box and no street address will be sent via USPS Priority mail. Priority mail will take a minimum of 7-9 business days to be delivered. Orders with a PO Box address cannot be sent 2nd Day or Next Day. We cannot guarantee delivery through USPS.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
Once your order has been fulfilled, your selected shipping method is calculated from the time FedEx picks up your order from the bookstore, not from the time the order is placed. See our FAQ's for more information. |
