In order to guarantee SHIPPING (not actual delivery) before Christmas,
please note the following important dates:
Standard shipping orders must be placed by 12/11 at noon CST
2nd Day orders must be placed by 12/18 at noon CST
Overnight orders must be placed by 12/21 at noon CST
University Bookstore will be closed 11/25-11/29 for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Orders placed during this time will be processed beginning Monday, November 30.
University Bookstore will also be closed December 23-December 27 and December 31-January 3, 2010. Orders placed during this time will begin to be processed starting December 28, however this can not be guaranteed. The latest orders will be processed is January 4, 2009.

Please be aware that it can take 1-3 business days to process your order regardless of shipping method selected.
All efollett orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from University Bookstore, located in the Student Center at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is processed and fulfilled.
For in-store pickup, go to the customer service counter located at University Bookstore in the SIUC Student Center. Bring your student or state I.D. with you for verification.

The last day to return textbooks for Fall 2009 is August 31, 2009. Packing Slip with barcode is required to process ALL refunds.
