ONLINE TEXTBOOK ORDERS
Please note that all orders submitted on efollett.com are processed at the Laney College bookstore in Oakland, California. The textbooks are pulled directly from the shelves at the bookstore. Please allow two business days to process orders. If you live near Oakland and would like your books shipped to you, please choose GROUND shipping.
Our goal is to have your textbooks in the store two weeks before classes start. Books arrive daily, and online orders will be fulfilled as the books come into the store. DO NOT SUBSTITUTE
If you choose "do not substitute" and we do not have the book available in the condition of your preference, your order will be cancelled. If you choose "yes" to substitution we will search for the condition that you prefer (New versus Used) but still be able to fullfil your order if it is not available.
ATTENTION STUDENTS:
Laney College Bookstore's goal is to post textbook information as soon as it is available. You are welcome to browse this information and place orders as soon as it is available. You may track the status of your order by clicking on the Order History link when you log on using your password.
