  • The Champlain College Bookstore will be closed on Monday, February 15th. We will resume normal store hours on Tuesday, February 16th.
  • The Champlain College Bookstore will be closing at 4:30 during the week of Spring Break, March 8th-12th. We will resume normal store hours on Monday, March 15th.

    • PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

    • PLEASE BRING YOUR ORDER NUMBER & A PHOTO ID TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER!
    • In general, please allow two business days from the day you order before your order ships or is ready for pickup. You will receive a confirmation email with an order number when you have successfully placed an order.

    ORDERING BOOKS ONLINE

    • To avoid delays, choose "Please Substitute" during checkout.
    • The "Prepay" option refers to in-store pickup orders. PLEASE BRING A PHOTO ID AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER WHEN COMING TO PICK UP YOUR PREPAY BOOKS.
    • Place only one online order per semester, combining all your courses and books. This will avoid errors & delays, and reduce your shipping fee.
    • If your course says "No Information Received," it means that we have not yet received a book order from your instructor. Please continue to check the website, as information is updated twice daily.
    • If your course says "No Course Materials Required," it means exactly that: You don't need to purchase any books or supplies for that course.
    • Please keep in mind that all orders placed online are filled through the Champlain College Bookstore on-campus in Burlington, VT. Orders will only be processed during business hours.
    • In general, orders for shipment will go out as soon as all the materials are available.
    • We do not charge your credit card until your order is pulled and confirmed.
    • We cannot accept orders via phone, fax, or email. Please contact us if you have trouble.

    SHIPPING

    • We cannot ship to P.O boxes or the Champlain Mailroom. Please provide a street address that is FedEx deliverable.
    • We will inform you of major delays. FedEx delivers to homes Monday through Saturday.
    • Ground shipments depart from Burlington, and will deliver to New England and Eastern New York within 1-2 days; as such, 2nd-Day or Next-Day Air shipping is often not necessary — and up to three times as costly! Please contact us to discuss options.
