All orders are processed at the Lone Star College - North Harris Bookstore on campus. Please allow one business day for us to receive your order and an additional day to process. FEDEX cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Also allow time for FEDEX to ship your order according to the shipping method you choose.
RETURN POLICY FOR ALL ORDERS IS AS FOLLOWS:
Receipt and class schedule are required for ALL returns. Books MUST be in the SAME condtion as when purchased. Please do not open any packaged or shrink-wrapped books. For Fall, Spring and Summer sessions, textbooks will be fully refunded within 7 BUSINESS DAYS of class start date. During Mini-Mester sessions textbooks will be fully refunded 2 BUSINESS DAYS after class start date. Any books being shipped back for a refund must be postmarked within these stated time limits.
ALL IN-STORE PICK UP ORDERS:
Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your order to be processed. An email notification will be sent when your order is ready to be picked up at the bookstore. Please bring a photo I.D. and your order confirmation with you. IF YOU FAIL TO PICK UP YOUR BOOK WITHIN 14 DAYS OF CLASS START DATE, THE BOOK WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SHELF AND YOUR REFUND WILL BE ISSUES VIA THE ORIGINAL TENDER (unless there were multiple forms of tender used and then the refund will be placed on a gift card. This gift card can be used at any Follett store on-site or online.
