ONLINE ORDERING INFORMATION |
- ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2 business days to process your order. All orders placed after 5pm will be grouped with the following business day. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is filled. For shipping orders please note processing time is in adition to the time it will take FedEx to deliver your order.
· STORE PICKUP ORDERS
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number, and another stating your order has been filled. Please wait for the email stated your order has been filled before coming into the store.
Please bring a photo ID and your order confirmation email when picking up your order. eFollett order pickup is located behind the Saddleback College Bookstore.
· SHIPPING ORDERS
All shipping orders are filled and shipped directly from the Saddleback College Bookstore.
Your order will be shipped the business day after it is filled.
All orders are shipped via Fed-EX. Please no P.O. Boxes!
Please do not select "NEXT DAY" or "SECOND DAY" if your order is to be delivered in Southern California. Fed-EX Ground delivers in one to two business days within Southern California.

DO NOT SUBSTITUTE means you only want the NEW or USED selections you made in the order, and not to substitute if your preference is unavailable.
If you select DO NOT SUBSTITUTE and your preference is unavailable, your textbook will be cancelled. |
