ONLINE ORDERING INFORMATION |
- ORDER PROCESSING
Ordering books for FALL 2009? We will not begin processing orders until August 1. After August 1, please allow 2 business days to process your order. For example, an order placed on Thursday before 5pm will not be ready for pick up until the following Monday before 5pm. All orders placed after 5pm will be grouped with the following business day and will not be ready for pick up until 2 business days after that. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is filled.
· STORE PICKUP ORDERS
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number, and another stating your order has been filled. Please wait for the email stated your order has been filled before coming into the store.
Please bring a photo ID and your order confirmation email when picking up your order. eFollett order pickup is located behind the IVC Bookstore.
· SHIPPING ORDERS
All shipping orders are filled and shipped directly from the Irvine Valley College Bookstore.
Your order will be shipped the business day after it is filled.
All orders are shipped via Fed-EX. Please no P.O. Boxes!
Please do not select "NEXT DAY" or "SECOND DAY" if your order is to be delivered in Southern California. Fed-EX Ground delivers in one to two business days within Southern California.
· DO NOT SUBSTITUTE
DO NOT SUBSTITUTE means you only want the NEW or USED selections you made in the order, and not to substitute if your preference is unavailable.
If you select DO NOT SUBSTITUTE and your preference is unavailable, your textbook will be cancelled. |
FALL 2009 REFUND POLICY
For full refunds, students have ONE WEEK from purchase date, or until September 8th with proof of course refund.
Your receipt is absolutely required! After September 8th returns will only be accepted 2 business days after the date of purchase.
If a class is canceled, students have one week from the date of cancellation to return books.
All returns by mail must be postmarked before the one week deadline, or before September 8th with proof of course refund.
All returns must be in the same condition as purchased. All printed coursepacks are not returnable. All shrink-wrapped bundles are not returnable if the orignal wrapping is broken.
