Textbook New/Used Condition Preference

If you select 'DO NOT Replace' when you place your order, you are telling us NOT to substitute new for used when used are out-of-stock (or vice-versa). As a result, if we are out-of-stock on any particular new or used item and you have selected 'DO NOT Replace', we will automatically cancel that item from your order and ship the remaining items (if any). You will automatically receive a system generated email if this happens.

Phone Orders

Any order that is placed over the phone, MUST be shipped via FedEx Ground, we are no longer able to expedite shipping on phone orders. If you wish to have your order shipped 2nd Day or Next Day, you will have to place your order through the web site.
