Make sure you are ordering from our online site at gcubooks.com. Please choose the link located in the orange box at the top of this page in order to direct you to the correct online website.
Some Ordering Tips:
- The Textbook New/Used Condition Preference - If you select 'DO NOT Replace' when you place your order, you are telling us NOT to substitute new for used when used are out-of-stock (or vice-versa). As a result, if we are out-of-stock on any particular new or used item and you have selected 'DO NOT Replace', we will automatically cancel that item from your order and ship the remaining items (if any). You will automatically receive a system generated email if this happens. Please bear this information in mind as you complete your order and make sure your email address is correct.
- INTERNATIONAL orders will be shipped via FedEx Global Express. If you are located outside the Continental US, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Military APOs will ship via USPS. Orders with a PO BOX and no street address will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Priority mail will take a minimum of 7 to 9 business days to be delivered. Orders with PO BOX addresses cannot be sent 2nd Day or Next Day.
