ORDERING LAB KITS FOR CCCONLINE
Credit card purchases for lab kits can be initiated at the link CCCOnline cc lab kit. Follow the links “Summer 2013 Course Materials” and then “How Do I Order My Lab Kit”.
Follow the instructions on this link to purchase your CCCOnline lab kit with financial aid.
In-Stock Messaging
In-Stock messaging on our course materials page refers to in-stock availability for online orders. Please call the store to verify availability of materials for in-store purchasing.
In-Store Pickup
Store orders can take up to two business days to process after receipt of your first confirmation email. You may pick up your order upon receipt of the email stating your order is available for pickup.
Please bring a photo ID and your order number with you when you come in for your order. If you are sending someone in to pick up your order, they must provide us with your order number, your full name, and their photo ID.
Textbook Refunds
A valid receipt or packing slip is required for all refunds or exchanges. A full refund will be given for textbooks (excluding Final Sale items) returned in original purchase condition, prior to the term specific refund deadline. Materials purchased after the term specific deadline (but before the final week of class) must be returned within 2 business days of purchase. Materials purchased during the last week of classes or final exams are not returnable/refundable.
