Return Policy

The last day for full refunds on textbooks is Jan. 25th, 2010.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Package items must include all materials in the package (CDs, access codes, etc).

Effective Monday, Jan. 25th, 2010, textbooks purchased will only be eligible for refund with proof-of-drop. If you have dropped the class (proof of drop required) a full refund is available until Feb. 5th, 2010.

All course readers (Quick Copies, XanEdu, etc.) must be returned with receipt and proof-of-drop by Feb. 5th, 2010.
